The updates to the CDR on metadata will enhance the accessibility and usability of prospectus-related information, benefiting both issuers and investors.

What’s next?
A final report, summarising all consultation feedback received and ESMA’s technical advice, will be delivered to the European Commission and published on ESMA’s website in Q2 2025.
