The Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA), in collaboration with the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL), the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) are pleased to invite you to our joint awareness session on navigating the securitisation and fund structures.

This industry session is a thorough introduction to securitisation and funds, designed to provide you with an in-depth insight into the technicalities of these types of structures, along with practical details for ensuring compliance with relevant AML/KYC laws and regulations.

The syllabus will cover the different structures with a primary focus on European transactions and the main principles will be illustrated using several different real-life case studies.
