Significant step towards gender equality on boards, LuxCMA welcomes the political agreement on the proposal for a Directive on improving the gender balance among non-executive directors of companies listed on stock exchanges and related measures, the so-called 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.
